Of course it is annoying when there is a problem, if you have a question about our products, a complaint and or service we would like to help you further and provide the best possible solution.

Our customer service team will review and resolve your complaint so everyone can be happy!

We will respond to your complaint within 24h of receipt, should it take longer, we will inform you.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at this link

If the complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
