1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but we do recommend subscribing to our mailing list for insider news, product launches and more. Subscribing entitles you to special offers, sales and loyalty programmes.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards. Let us know if you have problems with a specific payment method.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the moment we receive payment, all orders are shipped within 5 working days and delivered by the 5th working day after shipment confirmation. However, you may receive your items earlier or there may sometimes be a delay, depending on the shipping address. Please note that parcels may be delayed beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

4. What are the shipping costs?

The type of shipping costs are standard < €49,- or free from €49,-. Shipping methods are via Bpost/PostNL/Gls/Yunexpress or DPD . You can view the shipping costs on the product page and at checkout.

5. How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an e-mail whenever the status of your order changes. If there is a tracking number, you will also receive it in the e-mail.

6. I have not received my order. What can I do?

Give it some more time as the delivery time may vary. If your order is late, please contact us and we will find a solution.
